The tides will turn.

Tides are often known as a wave. But what causes a tide. The answer is in space. Tides are caused by the moon as it moves around the earths gravitational field. The moon, like the planets, dose not move in a circular pattern but in more of a pattern like a oval.

This pattern causes the low tides when the moon is farthest from the earth, because the effect of its gravity is weaker. These waves are calm and small. But when the moon is closest to earth it causes large waves, because the moon's gravity is the strongest. Causing large explosive waves.
